New HAVEN Club is for guests aged 18 and over. By booking or visiting, you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to present valid ID on request.

The online booking form is a request to hold a table — it is confirmed once New HAVEN Club contacts you via hotline 0905 806 704 or Zalo.

Tables are held for a limited time after the reserved time. Without prior notice, the club may seat other guests.

You may cancel or reschedule via hotline / Zalo — please let us know as early as possible.

For large party tables or private events with a deposit, the refund policy will be specified when the deposit is made.

Smart, stylish attire. The club may refuse service to guests who do not follow the dress code.

Prohibited items: illegal substances, weapons or anything that violates the law.

Guests must follow staff instructions on security, fire safety and house rules.

The club is not responsible for personal belongings lost in areas without a cloakroom service.

Guests are responsible for their own health while using our services; please inform staff in advance of any health conditions.

All website content (logo, images, text, video) belongs to New HAVEN Club. Copying or commercial use without written consent is a copyright infringement.

New HAVEN Club may update these terms at any time. New versions take effect once published on the Terms page with the updated date.
